$125 per applicant. All occupants over the age of 18 must fill out an application.

There is an administrative fee of $350, non-refundable.

Proof of Renter’s Liability Insurance, $100,000 minimum. Our preferred insurance provider is Assurant Specialty Property

Proof of FPL Account Setup

One-time fee: $400 for first pet, $200 for second pet

Pet Rent: $20 per pet, per month

We accept a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. No weight limit, but breed restrictions do apply. A pet picture and rabies vaccination report are required prior to move-in.

2 cars are included per unit; 3rd car is based on availability and requires management approval.
